Zee TV: ‘Green Denmark’

‘Green Denmark’ is a tv-programme about Danish companies and innovation. It aired on 27 October 2012 on the Indian tv-channel Zee Business.

One of the interesting personalities who Supriya Bhardwaj interviewed during her two week visit in Denmark was the 99-year-old Dr. Haldor Topsøe who founded the multinational company Haldor Topsøe in 1940. His vision was to build a company that would help create a better world, and currently, over 70 years later, his 6.000 staff of engineers and scientists are still targeting this same goal, engaged in developing an exciting new technology for fuel cells which might revolutionise the entire global energy structure and enable the world to cope with climate and energy concerns, because the fuel cells can reduce energy production by 50 per cent.
