Google: India ranks second for education related search queries
India ranks second globally in terms of absolute volume for search queries related to education, according to a study 'Students on the Web' by Google India. The study highlighted that the education-related queries on Google in India are growing at over 46 per cent year on year.

ITT Bombay
One of India’s most highly recognised educational institutions when it comes to technical education is The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Bombay. The institute was founded in 1958 using funds from UNESCO and has since educated 39,000 engineers and scientists. IIT Bombay is recognised worldwide for engineering and  research but it also deals with areas of humanities and social science.
